15-day returns
Return unused pieces in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. We arrange a free pickup at most PIN codes and refund you in full.
Cushion inserts cannot be returned once removed from their wrapping.
If it arrives damaged
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and the box. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and you pay nothing for the return.

Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Go to Account, then Orders, or email [email protected] with your order number. Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.
